Ingalls & Associates provided boundary + topographic survey, site plan design for steel sub assembly yard, grading plan, construction and industrial SWPPP plan, dredging plan, sediment sampling plan, testing + evaluation beneficial use plan (BUD), environmental permitting NYDEC, ACOE, OPRHP, OGS + DOS, essential fish habitat study, SEQR-environmental impact statement.

Ingalls & Associates provided boundary + topographic survey, wetland delineation, threatened and endangered species study, environmental permitting, subdivision plat, grading plan, utility plan, roadway profiles, details SEQR and municipal approvals.

Ingalls & Associates provided boundary and topographic surveying, preparation of civil site plans, environmental permitting with NYSDEC, USACE + Adirondack Park Agency, visual assessment with renderings and municipal approvals.

Ingalls & Associates performed several survey tasks for an expansion and appurtenant features associated with Albany Medical Center Hospital, including an 8-level parking garage, 6-story office building, and retail pharmacy.

Ingalls & Associates provided construction survey and engineering services for the replacement of the Lake Champlain Bridge, which connects New York and Vermont. The bridge, which conveys New York State Route 185 over Lake Champlain, was demolished by New York State Department of Transportation in December of 2009 due to unsafe conditions.

Ingalls & Associates provided comprehensive Engineering and Environmental services associated with the dredging of approximately 10,000 cubic yards of accumulated sediment from two separate existing marine petroleum terminals along the Hudson River. Comprehensive design and permitting tasks included hydrographic surveys, sediment sampling/analysis, wetland delineation and joint permitting with federal and state agencies. Ingalls also provided permit compliance monitoring as well as construction observation and reporting.

Ingalls & Associates provided the following services for the design and permitting for expansion of a limestone quarry with a permitted Life of Mine of 117 +/- acres. The project involved comprehensive design in accordance with NYSDEC Mine Land Reclamation Program including Mining and Reclamation Plans/Reports, Cross-Sections, Details and preparation of Environmental Impact Statements (Draft and Final), and Scoping Documents. Additional studies included wetland delineation, Threatened and Endangered Species evaluations, Noise Study, Hydrogeologic Study, Visual Impact Study, Stormwater Study and Comprehensive Blasting Report.

Ingalls & Associates completed several surveying, engineering and environmental tasks relative to the rehabilitation and revitalization of a formerly abandoned industrial dock facility along the Hudson River. The Port of Coeymans was a former brick manufacturing facility. It now operates as a full service deep-water marine terminal and industrial staging area. Comprehensive design and permitting tasks included new dock structural and geotechnical designs, site plans, stormwater management systems and complete permitting with local, federal and state agencies.

Ingalls & Associates provided comprehensive engineering and surveying services associated with a large salt bulk storage facility. Services included boundary and topographic survey, site plan design, stormwater analysis and preparation of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and NPDES permitting for stormwater discharge.

Ingalls & Associates provided complete surveying and engineering services for the design and construction of the adaptive reuse of the former Shoe Depot building for a new bank branch. Services included Boundary & Topographic Surveys, Site Plan, Grading and Drainage designs as part of the municipal approval process for Site Plan review.

Ingalls & Associates provided services for the design and construction of a mixed-use multi-family development, including 108 residential units and 40,000 square feet of commercial office space with access roads, driveways and associated utilities on a 17- acre site.
